Framework is designed to support professionals over the long term in
their skills development journey by providing a structured roadmap.
The common body of knowledge contained in each framework is progressively
unfolded within the corresponding certification pathway. Each certification
within a category addresses a specific skillset or competency, covering
one part of the framework.
This means that:

Every certification is a building block – Each program focuses on one essential
dimension of the framework.

Full mastery requires climbing the Value Ladder – Advancing through the
entire sequence of certifications within a category.
Upon completing the full Value Ladder of a category, professionals
achieve complete mastery of the framework and are awarded the prestigious title
of GECB Ambassador. This is the highest distinction granted by GECB,
recognizing certified professionals who have demonstrated advanced expertise,
leadership, and the ability to apply international best practices with
excellence in their field.
