To register for the CMIA certification exam, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold the GECB CRBIA Certification CMIA is the third level in GECB’s internal audit certification path. The CRBIA (Certified Risk-Based Internal Auditor) certification is a mandatory prerequisite.
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience in internal audit A solid background in performing and supervising audit assignments is required. The program is particularly intended for supervisors, audit team leaders, and audit directors.
