Within each category, certifications are organized into a Value Ladder, where each level builds on the previous one—guiding professionals from foundational skills to strategic mastery. Completing an entire Value Ladder leads to full mastery of the framework and the distinguished title of GECB Ambassador.

When frameworks are updated, certified professionals may be asked to take a free Delta Exam to ensure their knowledge remains aligned with the latest version, guaranteeing that every GECB-certified professional remains current, credible, and competitive.
